Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients. You’ll:

• support Client Advisors
• be the point of entry for processing client orders
• make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
• carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
• keep in contact with internal and external clients

Our three to six month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. It is also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance. From the start of the program, you will be right at the heart of the group, taking part in the day-to-day business. You will not only learn about regulatory change from top to bottom, you will also experience our unique workplace culture.

Start date: June / July 2017
Duration: 6 months

Requirements

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree (preferrably in Business and Finance, Law or Asian studies) and have not yet completed your master’s degree. In particular, you have:

-good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
-a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

-plan, organize and communicate well
-make things happen
-stick with a task
-work in a team
-speak fluent English, French and any Asian language a plus

Your Team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management APAC team in Geneva. We help Asian families to preserve and grow their wealth over generation. Our team achieves highly ambitious targets with a team-work approach whilst keeping the client’s interest at the center of our activities.
