Your role

The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:

• Execution of all Fixed Income products for B4B Banks, direct
  access clients (DAC’s), Global Family Offices (GFO), institutional and
  ultra high net worth (UHNW) as well for UBS intl. locations

• Support B4B Acquisition team as well the Markets to attract new
  clients

• Retain and further develop the existing client base

• Liaising with external and internal interfaces in connection with
  fixed income execution (e.g 3rd party banks, client advisors,
  internal teams, operations etc.)

• Managing risk, taking responsibility and actions towards mitigating
  risk

• Analyze and improve internal processes and tools

For this position we are looking for a motivated and flexible team
member with a positive attitude and an analytical way of thinking.

From the start of the internship, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day activities. Your team:
We are the global hub for fixed income worldwide and we are
responsible for the client execution of all fixed income orders within
UBS Group. With satellites in Singapore, Luxembourg, we provide
best execution services towards our clients, covering almost all time
zones.

Requirements

Your experience and skills:

• at least 4 semesters completed at a university or university of applied sciences
• fluent in English and German, French or Italian would be an asset
• flexible personality and ability to cope with pressure
• excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills
• effective communication skills with a strong customer service
  focus
