Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Support the business management for Europe & Emerging Markets (EEM) Domestic and EEM International in running a.o. the Management Committee, townhalls, strategy offsites, etc.
  • Assist in management reporting (e.g. NNM, P&L) allowing the Heads of FIM EEM Domestic and EEM International to efficiently run their businesses across the various locations
  • Support the EEM Domestic and EEM International locations with any enquiries / perform various analyses on such locations
  • Maintain various databases supporting the Prospecting and External Service Provider (ESP) vetting process
  • Support in executing on general tasks and processes owned by the Business Management team and provided for the front staff
  • Work in true partnership with IPS functional partners in BC CH, Business Risk & Regulatory Mgmt as well as PRS in resolving any operational issues

Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the FIM Business Management team, which supports the Global Head FIM as well as the Regional / Country Heads FIM on various run- and strategic change-the-bank initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of IPS in booking center Switzerland and work closely together with our FIM locations around the globe.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in the field of finance or natural sciences.

In particular, you have:

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and judgment skills being able to break down complex issues into manageable parts
  • Passion for efficient and professional delivery of pragmatic and practicable solutions
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with ample experience in building strong professional relationships in a complex global environment
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office applications and experienced user of MS Excel

You are:

  • An excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
  • Highly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
  • A self-starter, creative with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a management team
  • Diligent with a methodic working style with high reliability
  • Proactive, highly motivated and committed
  • Fluent in English and German, additional language skills are an asset
