Your role

Do you like things done the right way? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like that who can support us:

  • understand and challenge our various stakeholders
  • analyze and evaluate the business processes, products and services
  • evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit) and identify the impact on interfacing solutions
  • generate Business Rules / Use Cases and the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications
  • review test cases, support of the testing units in test design and execution
  • support the project manager in BA related topics

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be part of a team in Zurich, where we are organized in digital factories working with agile methodologies. In doing so we are having close interactions and fast decision processes. The team consist of all roles which are part of the software development lifecycle process and they are supporting the successful project deliveries. Do you like to work in an industry leading eBanking and mobile Banking solution? This is your opportunity to be part of this successful team. You, among other BAs, will be responsible for the requirements elicitation with our business partners, writing the corresponding Software Requirements Specification and delivering the solutions in an agile way to the production environment. Software design/implementation and quality assurance will be done by your team as well, based on the user stories, use cases, business rules and acceptance criteria you have previously defined.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in technical engineering, business administration, banking and finance, or economics. In particular, you have:

  • strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
  • a can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
  • fluent German and English skills (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
