Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
- covers the management of scope through tollgate, sign-off and change management concepts
- work on identification of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- create stakeholder oriented communications
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Project Management Office Organization for WMPC TECH DEV in a team in Zurich. We provide Program and Project management service to support for strategic programs and projects. You will support strategic change Initiatives for applications facilitating Wealth Management Business Banking Private and Corporate Clients.
The financial markets are complex, varied and ever changing - and technology is an integral part of the way they work. For you, working in our technology function means challenge, innovation, variety and a chance to work with the latest developments in IT as they happen.
Your experience and skills
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you have:
- fluent English and German skills (oral & written)
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- methodical planning skills and are well organized, detail oriented and using a structured approach
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- extensive past experience with MS Office
But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
