Your role

Are you passionate about the real estate business? Do you love teamwork?
We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Support Portfolio Management / Investment Products in reporting and customer inquiries (data preparation, analysis, writing) as well as development and acquisition projects
  • Create internal and external presentations
  • Support and active participation to improve the marketing and communication activities (including Immo-Update)
  • Structure and implementation of data quality management for the portfolio management department
  • Optimize in particular the annual creation process of the fund strategy
  • Participate in projects for the portfolio management department

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in a team of real estate specialists with one of the largest institutional real estate investors in Switzerland and have interfaces to various functions within UBS. You’ll be based in Zurich and Basel.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship) in real estate or similar
  • a strong interest in financial and real estate markets
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
