Your role

Do you want to make the famous difference? Are you fascinated to strengthen UBS footprint as a leading provider of Mortgages, Corporate and Lombard Loans in Switzerland by constant innova-tion of Product, Pricing, Promotion and Process measures? Does this sound like you?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

• monitor internal and external market developments (covering pricing, product offering, online and mobile capabilities) in order to identify and assess opportunities to enhance the existing lending product portfolio (including analysis, product marketing and communication, risk management, quality control)
• work as part of projects, representing the lending function while creating high quality recommendations for decision makers
• conduct pricing related analysis and tracking product volumes, margins and competitor pricing levels in order to process the results to be used in senior management reports and presentations
• perform daily product management tasks such as maintaining product descriptions, sales materials and others
• respond to inquiries from client advisors or partner functions regarding the lending offering’s product range

Your team

The BP Lending Products & Channels team which is responsible for the Mortgages, Corporate and Lombard offering of UBS Switzerland is looking for young motivated talents which will support our cross-departmental ac-tivities related to product shelf management, pricing and promotion, Front-to-back lending process optimization and channel management.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
• a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• excellent German and English

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and communicate well
• make things happen
• stick with a task
• work in a team
• come up with ideas
