Your role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you have an analytical mind? Do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing? We’re looking for someone like that to help us implement and deliver activities across the HR life-cycle and our global strategic priorities. Topics may include:

  • Support the AM Business Management team in set up and execution of the 2018 promotion process and mid-year performance review process
  • Support with the planning and coordination of training activities for line managers as well as our new Graduate Talent Program (GTP) class
  • Assist with preparations for the 2018 UBS Employee Survey
  • Support HR Business Partners in their daily run the bank tasks and ad-hoc requests

Your team

You’ll be working in the HR Business Management team for Asset Management, in Zurich. We are a truly global team with a role encompassing the full spectrum of HR activities. We work closely with the HR Business Partners and our aligned HR specialists to translate AM business strategies into HR priorities.

Your experience and skills

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree. In particular, you have:

  • A strong interest in HR topics, as well as working in a fast-paced global environment as part of a dynamic team
  • A flexible and open-minded personality
  • A structured work style with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office and openness to learn new IT products

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • Analyze a problem
  • Plan, organize and communicate well
  • Prioritize
  • Build relationships
  • Make things happen
  • Enjoy learning and have fun!
