Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- process EXAR contracts, on boarding’s and extensions, contract archiving
- organize and coordinate internal desk moves (up to large consolidations)
- first point of contact for line management in Opfikon for admin related queries
- provide travel support
- support for larger events (Townhalls, Video Conferences, Staff events)
- manage other smaller administrational tasks
- create stakeholder oriented communications
- organize team meetings and workshops

Your team
You’ll be working in the Project Management Office Organization for WMPC IT DEV in a team in Opfikon. We provide Program, Project management service and Line management to support for strategic programs and projects within the bank.
Your experience and skills
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- preferably a commercial apprenticeship degree
- business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services
- excellent organizational, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
- proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
- experience with MS excel and the full MS office suite
You are:
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and people
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills (Six Sigma certification)
- conscientious and resilient
- a fluent English and German speaker

- plan, organize and communicate well

- work in a team
- come up with ideas
