Your role

Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? Are you confident to work in a fast moving environment? We’re looking for someone like that for supporting us especially in:

  • business management - support ongoing and ad-hoc requests from central business management, senior management, front staff, functional partners
  • project management - support in the conceptual development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, preparation of reporting to senior management, support in follow-up actions and tracking
  • financial analysis of revenues and sales results, client data, incl. collaboration with Finance
  • ad hoc support of project work, and project office incl. follow ups and tracking

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Family Office Emerging Markets (GFO EM) team in Zurich. We serve Global UHNW clients clients of Emerging Markets. GFO is a joint venture between UBS Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • good command of Microsoft Office applications (most importantly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • good communication skills, verbal and written in English, German is a plus
  • ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility, hands-on mentality
  • pro-active and focused team player in a dynamic environment
  • strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • come up with ideas

Your Program

Rotational assignments within business unit UHNW, the Chief Investment Office WM (CIO) as well as Investment Platforms and Solutions (IPS) area, are a key part of the program to best prepare you for a potential future CA career path. Through on-the-job learning modules, you will receive training sessions on financial markets, our products & services as well as on other core business topics. To deepen your knowledge of the UHNW specific value proposition, the client coverage model and the product offering, you will have the opportunity to attend educational sessions at the UHNW Academy and will regularly join UHNW specific meetings.
