Your role

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in a diverse IT team in Zürich. We work very close together and support each other to achieve our ambitious goals. We offer opportunities in different areas ranging from Cyber Security to Mobile Banking. As an IT project manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that the development methodology is followed and have the chance to be part of technical design discussions with the architects. We build and support complex software applications that bring the bank to the next level. They used to say money makes the world go around, but these days everyone is talking about technology. Why not combine both, and join one of the most interesting and exciting areas of the bank!
The financial markets are complex, varied and ever changing - and technology is an integral part of the way they work. For you, working in our technology function means challenge, innovation, variety and a chance to work with the latest developments in IT as they happen.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you have:

  • know-how gained from on the job work experience (or internship) during your studies
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • previous experience or familiarity of IT delivery methodologies (like Agile, Scrum etc.)
  • excellent English (written and oral), German a plus

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
