Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Support the onboarding of new client relationships (transition management) for domestic and complex multi-shore clients
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders and multi-discipline onboarding teams by applying project management skills
  • Support the quality delivery of asset servicing solutions
  • Supporting client advisors in identifying opportunities to grow partnership / cross-selling potential through systematic analyzing existing client portfolios
  • Monitor client KPI’s to ensure profitability as well as adherence to agreed service levels and fees / prices

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing Solution Expert Wealth Management team in Zürich. The AS Solution Expert ensures client satisfaction through providing a seamless and quality entrance to the UBS / Asset Servicing environment as well as providing top quality advice in all matters of Custody / Asset Servicing and performance and risk analytics.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a good command of MS Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
  • strong team player capabilities, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels across multiple divisions and various regions, representing UBS Asset Servicing

Start date: July 2019, or upon agreement
