Your role

Are you interested in real estate markets? Are you supportive? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• Support our team in estimating the market value of real estates
• Perform real estate market analysis
• Gather, organize and interpret data about the real estate market
• Interact with our client advisors and credit officers responsible for the financing of real estate

Summer Internship
Our summer internships are an ideal way to gain the work experience you need. For 8-10 weeks you’ll be right at the heart of the business and take part in day-to-day operations. Your team

The Real Estate Valuation Center is the center of competence within UBS Switzerland responsible for deriving the market value of the real estates that UBS finances for its clients. The market values are then used for calculating how much load UBS will give to the client. The team covers all types of income producing objects like multifamily houses, offices, retail store and hotels. The team is operating in four different locations: Lausanne, Bern, Zürich and Lugano. Home base of the internship will be Zürich, but we will offer you the possibility also to visit the different teams and to discover the characteristics of the local real estate markets.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• a strong interest in real estate market
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• German skills

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
