You play a key role in the development of Swisscom’s new AI-based customer interaction channels. These include Chatbot, ASR and e-mail solutions.
What you achieve
Working as part of a 20-strong team, you are involved on a daily basis in the development of Swisscom’s AI-based dialog platform, one of the flagship products within Swisscom’s Data, Analytics and AI division. The platform provides Swisscom with innovative AI-based methods for communicating with customers in the future. You are involved in every aspect of the product’s software development, including:
- Backend development and ensuring the effective integration of your Data Science colleagues’ deep learning models into our microservices architecture
- Frontend product development
- Maintenance and further improvements to our DevOps pipeline
- Acquiring and preparing training data sets for our training cycles

Why you succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
- Experience of frontend development with CSS3, HTML5, JS
- Know-how of API design (REST APIs)
- Knowledge of JS frameworks such as React or AngularJS is a plus
- Expertise in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Awareness of DevOps best practices
- Comfortable in agile teams with test-driven development and continuous integration
- Fluency in written and spoken English
