Your role

Are you interested in Investment Management and particularly in Private Markets? Then we are looking for someone like that to:

• Assist with producing marketing documentation for newly launched products
• Organize Roadshows and launch activities with fund managers
• Prepare quarterly updates summarizing the current market environment and the performance of UBS’s Private Market programs as well as other marketing material
• Write emails and intranet articles on specific topics related to the funds, events impacting their portfolio companies or on private markets more generally
• Provide documents and forms as well as responses to inquiries from client advisors
• Provide general administrative support and to prepare analyses of sales and pricing etc.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Offering Management team in Zurich. We are responsible to prepare and coordinate the launch of our new Private Markets offering. In addition, we keep our investors and their client advisors informed about the progress of the programs they have invested in and answer any specific questions they may have.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
• a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
