Your role
Do you want to work in fast pace and exciting environment? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- establish media plan and coordination for quarterly earnings process.
- prepare briefings for senior management in preparation of interviews, conferences and speeches
- manage the content and issue management platform CIMNET and coordinate messaging with global communication partners
- part of the social media activities for GEC
- coordinate communication matters with other internal departments
Internship

Your team
Group External Communications (GEC) is a dedicated team responsible for handling financial reporting, regulatory matters, significant litigation matters as well as the positioning of our UBS leadership. The group deals with sensitive and critical information related to the group or the financial industry in general.
Your experience and skills
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- excellent German and English written and oral skills
- strong interest in economics, banking and regulation
- experienced in MS Office
- team player, stress resistant, able to work collaboratively and on a wide range of tasks
- well organized with an autonomous and structured way of working
- open, flexible and challenging, able to work in a global environment
- ability to deal with sensitive information is a must

- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
