Your role

Are you interested in digital banking? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Support the release planning and prioritization process
  • Tracking the topics out of risk management
  • Document the mid-term IT product strategy
  • Collaboration with the digital factory as product representative
  • Administer the products in the risk and tracking tools
  • Complete and maintain the product documentation

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Channels and Workbenches team in Zurich. We are a team of product managers responsible for the global client applications in the area of digital banking and the workbenches for the client advisors. We plan and support the changes on our products, ensure the quality and a stable operation and support in production.
The financial markets are complex, varied and ever changing - and technology is an integral part of the way they work. For you, working in our technology function means challenge, innovation, variety and a chance to work with the latest developments in IT as they happen.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
