Your role
Are you global? Do you like working for complex,
multinational projects? We’re looking for someone like that to:
-
Support the senior project managers within Multichannel Management & Digitization in their daily work (e.g. generate testcases, execute product tests, Training setup, support in the service communication arena)

Support project management with tasks such as updating and running contractual and financial measurements, status reviews and updates, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and reporting

Support the intensive alignment of specified business requirements and IT delivery

Support the project team to create presentations to various senior project sponsors and stakeholders
-
Help to assure that multiple streams of content
providers deliver their input in the required quality
and in time -
Reinforce the project team in aligning the needs,
requirements and demands across multiple
business areas

Your team
You will be working in the Multichannel Contact Center Service Team. We are responsible to enable UBS Contact Centers to optimize their services by using a common platform for all customer interactions. You main focus will be to support us in the onboarding of Wealth Management to the new platform. This needs to be done on Switzerland, but also globally for the locations Singapore and Hong Kong.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- strong analytical skills and an autonomous, structured and self-organized working style
- excellent German and English skills (written and oral)
- profound MS Office Skills, in particular MS PowerPoint
- ideally first experience in project management
But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
