Your role
Are you interested in the financial market that never sleeps? Are you interested in being part of the most liquid financial market and working on one of the most advanced Foreign Exchange trading floors? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- support and drive business planning and reporting
-
communicate with staff in global locations
(APAC, EMEA, Switzerland) - in business analysis and controlling
- plan and execute business initiatives with sales staff
- run your own projects and support activities for product
offering
You will learn:

detailed knowledge and understanding of the Foreign
Exchange sales and trading business -
understanding of the Foreign Exchange business setup
front to back: from Sales & Distribution, Trading, Middle
Office to Operations and Finance -
insight in business products and project work to
improve procedure and enable efficiency gains -
understand sales performance management and
management of the FX and Precious Metal product
offering

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team
You’ll be working for the Foreign Exchange Products and Offering team. We support the global Foreign Exchange Sales force for Wealth Management providing Wealth Management client with high quality FX products and services. In our small team we are supporting senior management and FX sales staff with initiatives, sales performance tracking, client performance tracking and any other analytics such as optimal pricing and offering.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you have:

ideally semesters completed at a university or university
of applied sciences, with economics or business
administration background -
excellent English written & oral skills. German, French
or Italian would be an asset - a good command of Microsoft Excel and Power-Point
- sharp analytical skills and problem solving skills

flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
(you’re a people person) - an autonous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
