Young graduate - HR Coordinator
Your Role
-
Assist the HR manager and director in daily coordination and administrative tasks,
-
Support the recruitment process, assist hiring managers and HR in the organising of meetings and in the transactions,
-
Take care of the on-boarding of new employees,
-
Administer the files of employees and maintain the database up to date,
-
Make sure the HR daily activities are compliant to internal processes and procedures,
-
Establish and write HR documents, such as certificates, attestations etc,
-
Daily contacts with English speaking colleagues from all over the world,
-
Pro-actively track all employees’ contracts, renewals, signatures, changes, and anticipate the needs of managers.
Requirements
- A job requiring proactivity, coordination and leadership competencies

Administrative and coordination position bilingual FR-ENG

A first professional experience in an international company in Switzerland,
-
Bachelor diploma,
-
Bilingual in French and English (fluency C1-C2 in both languages, speaking and writing),

Passionate with people, eager to learn and improve own skills,
- Personality needed: proactive, taking the lead, great track/follow-up skills, qualitative, organised, team-player and driven.
