Your Role

  • Assist the HR manager and director in daily coordination and administrative tasks,

  • Support the recruitment process, assist hiring managers and HR in the organising of meetings and in the transactions,

  • Take care of the on-boarding of new employees,

  • Administer the files of employees and maintain the database up to date,

  • Make sure the HR daily activities are compliant to internal processes and procedures,

  • Establish and write HR documents, such as certificates, attestations etc,

  • Daily contacts with English speaking colleagues from all over the world,

  • Pro-actively track all employees’ contracts, renewals, signatures, changes, and anticipate the needs of managers.

Requirements

  • A job requiring proactivity, coordination and leadership competencies
  • Administrative and coordination position bilingual FR-ENG

  • A first professional experience in an international company in Switzerland,

  • Bachelor diploma,

  • Bilingual in French and English (fluency C1-C2 in both languages, speaking and writing),

  • Passionate with people, eager to learn and improve own skills,

  • Personality needed: proactive, taking the lead, great track/follow-up skills, qualitative, organised, team-player and driven.
