Key responsibilities

Use your SAP SuccessFactors skills and experience to consult Swiss and International Clients

• Engage clients in a pre-sales capacity
• Work on implementation projects
• Provide thought leadership related to your domain

Skills and attributes for success

• Self-motivated individual with ambition to develop in their career
• Client facing with Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with large Swiss and International Clients and enterprise software projects
• Experience of multiple SuccessFactors implementations
• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors in at least one module
• Certified SuccessFactors consultant
• Strong analytical skills helping our customers to find the best solution for their business requirements

Required qualifications**

• SAP SuccessFactors certification
• English language as well as either German or French fluency is required
• Experience of at least three end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors
