Your Role

  • Support the teams in all administrative tasks,
  • Reception: welcoming client, answering the phone calls, mail management,
  • Manage the invoicing and the expenses,
  • Event and travel management,
  • Update the database,
  • Update calendar and schedule meetings.

Requirements

  • Bilingual FR/ENG
  • First experience as an administrative assistant in an international environment

  • Maximum 2 years experience in an administrative position,
  • Bilingual French and English,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
  • Soft skills: proactive, autonomous, fast learner, team oriented , hard worker
