Your role
Do you like when things are moving fast, enjoy a dynamic environment and like working with the most dynamic Swiss clients in Switzerland? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- support the Desk Head and Client Advisors in their daily business
- manage various administrative tasks (opening / closing of accounts, maintenance of schedules, short-term investments, bonds, etc.), placing of stock market orders, research for advisors and clients, correspondence, updating of basic documents
- answer the phone and handle simple inquiries from customers
- create presentations
- Execute market research

Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- a commercial background (with marketing experience, ideally)
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- proven numerical and quantitative skills for understanding and applying quantitative models
- fluency in French and English
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
