Your role

Are you a fast learner and enjoy exposure to a broad range of topics? Do you have an eye for details?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • support the design and strategic positioning of new or existing products
  • run business analysis in the area of pricing & processes
  • drive project planning & milestone tracking
  • work on presentations to senior management
  • support the daily operational product management incl. queries from stakeholders

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the BP Lending Products & Channels team in Zurich. Our key responsibilities are in the area of product innovation, product management, processes and project implementation. We guide senior management in the field of latest developments in the market and take program management responsibility for regulatory changes in the financial industry impacting UBS’s businesses in Switzerland (e.g. FIDLEG, LIBOR decommissioning). We act as link between operational units and markets and work in close collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, across businesses, functions and regions.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • interest in supporting projects across all units of Banking Products
  • strong analytical, problem solving and implementation skills
  • advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) knowledge
  • good communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a proven record in successfully working together with others
  • excellent German and English skills (written and oral)
