Your role

Are you passionate about business modelling and do you want to help our businesses to get the most out of innovative machine learning techniques? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Help analyse and identify opportunities from internal operational, finance and external market data
  • Leverage existing machine learning tools
  • Prepare investigative analysis
  • Support machine learning execution together with business

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

CC CFO Business Insights and Advisory (BIA ) is an analytics and advisory team in Group Finance that supports other functions within UBS to identify and prioritize business opportunities. BIA uses innovative AI and machine learning techniques in combination with business insights and large amounts of data.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  • A team player mindset and the ability to contribute in virtual teams
  • The willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to understand complex issues and explain them in simple terms
  • A solid understanding of the financial industry
  • First experience in business analysis, portfolio optimization, quantitative modelling or quantitative research role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
