Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, analytical individual to join the Swiss central account team, playing a key role in the smooth running of the audit of two large and complex global clients.

We are looking for a motivated young professional with preliminary experience in a relevant role, who values the benefits of a challenging and agile consulting environment, seeks to take ownership of processes and likes working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.

Your key tasks include:

• Manage the annual budgeting- and monthly forecast processes for two Swiss key accounts

• Build up in-depth knowledge of engagement economics, perform detailed performance analysis on engagement- and account levels for various business partners, including the local Partner group

• Collect, analyze and manage large data sets from global teams to support annual fee- and regulatory reporting

• Improve the quality of existing analysis- and reporting tools

• Work closely with EYs overseas GDS (Global Delivery Service) team, delegating routine operational tasks. Supervise and monitor the work of the GDS function maintaining overall responsibility for task completion

Qualifications and skills for success:

• Degree in business / finance (University/FH)

• A minimum of 3 years experience gained as Business Controller / Financial Analyst, preferably at a professional services firm

• Ability to push back and understand the wider implications of account level business decisions

• Fluent in German and English, proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are essential

• Interest in innovation and continuous process improvement

• High levels of integrity and accuracy

• Self-driven with a “can do” attitude

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate initiative, flexible and independent working style within multi-national teams, planning skills, commitment and ability to work under pressure
