Your Role

You will be in charge of:

  • office management & facilities support (suppliers relationship management, correspondences, front office supplies, event , IT support)

  • reception (phone calls, welcoming visitors, organise conference rooms, daily mail/deliveries). You will also ensure reception area is tidy and presentable - general support to compliance and finance department

  • travel arrangements

  • other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements

  • You have a previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • You are fluent in English and French (C2 level) and outstanding writting skills

You have :

  • a mandatory previous experience min 5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Guest Relations Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel or a previous experience in a financial company as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

  • a background in compliance, legal and/or finance

  • excellent communication and writting skills

  • outstanding organisational and time management skills - attention to detail, common sense and pragmatism

  • IT skills (MS Office)

  • great team spirit and a passion for your job

  • an outstanding presentation

You are :

  • bilingual in French and English - C1/C2 level required

  • a self driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • loyal with a high sense of confidentiality

  • able to multitask and work under pressure
