What you can expect - enriching experiences that will last a lifetime

  • As a team member of the Assurance Professional Practice team, you will provide administrative support across various quality and compliance processes with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Your support responsibilities will range across a wide variety of subject matters, such as:

    • Preparing and formatting documents and official communication (letters, emails, reports, etc.) for submission to external stakeholders or publication on the EY Website
    • Monitoring internal and external deadlines, ensuring your own and other stakeholders’ deadlines are adhered to across multiple projects / functions
    • Gathering, tracking and follow-up on compliance-relevant information with audit engagement teams to ensure completeness of internal databases
    • Preparing and/or formatting PowerPoint slide decks, meeting agendas and meeting minutes, leveraging other available in-house support functions, if possible
    • Providing other administrative ad-hoc support, such as: conference room bookings, scanning/printing and structured filing of information (both soft and hard copy)

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future

  • You have strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills

  • You work independently and efficiently and are very comfortable working with available standard IT solutions, such as MS Excel & MS Office
  • You have experience in supporting Project Management Offices

  • You are interested in regulatory and audit-related matters and ideally have experience with compliance processes
  • You are comfortable and consider yourself dependable to work with highly confidential information
  • Languages: German, English (at least one language as a native speaker, the other one at C1 level)

  • You are a team player with a “can-do” attitude
