Job Description

Practically, you will learn a lot about talent acquisition, active sourcing, HR processes, digitalization of HR and of course international collaboration.
- Involvement in the end-to-end recruiting process
- Create job ads, screening of applicants, organize and conduct interviews, support onboarding
- Actively search and approach candidates on LinkedIn and other sources
- Organize and support conducting assessment centers
- Manage and build candidate pools
- Support HR projects by developing project content and results, working with global and local HR teams
- Organizational and administrative support incl. preparation of presentations and documentations
Dein Profil
Your Profile
- You graduated successfully with a Bachelor or Master degree, or you are about to graduate this year, in the area of business psychology, business administrations or similar
- Strong interest in HR topics and Swiss Post Solutions, its business and multi-national environment
- Proactive and positive person with high level of personal initiative and commitment
- Fast learner, strong ability to organize yourself in a structured manner, also, to work independently and in the team to achieve your goals and meet deadlines
- Highly professional communication and collaboration across all levels within our international organization and with external parties
- Ability to develop creative and structured solutions with high quality awareness
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
