Your role

Are you interested in Digital Client Relationship Management?

We’re looking for someone like you for:

  • writing and editing sales and after-sales updates (fund flash emails and articles to be disseminated to our subscriber list of 3’000+ client advisors)
  • writing and publishing posts on the intranet and social media (i.e. LinkedIn)
  • conducting A/B testing on layout and content to determine elements that increase reader engagement
  • conducting data analysis to identify growth levers to increase subscribers base and engagement

Your team

The Digital CRM team is a newly established team (April 2020) that aims to develop a new form of client relationship management through digital communication channels. You will be working in close collaboration with the Investment teams (Portfolio managers, investment specialists), Product Management team and Marketing teams, as well as the colleagues of the Global Wealth Management Client Coverage team who is in charge of distribution of investment funds.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you are:

  • curious and fast-leaner, at ease with new technologies, and able to work both collaboratively with team members and independently
  • a self-starter, passionate about investment funds, sales and digital marketing and want to help UBS develop new forms of client relationship management through digital channels like newsletter email lists, blog posting and social media interactions (i.e. LinkedIn primarily)
  • fluent in English, (German, French or Italian are nice to have)
