What you do:
- Defining software requirements based on system specifications
- Architecting the software and completing detailed design based on those requirements
- Developing software according to those designs
- Troubleshooting and resolving software problems
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally in aviation (DO-178B) or other compliance-focused environment
- Knowledge of C and Ada, XML is desired
- Knowledge of ARINC 429, 1553 and/or serial data bus architectures
- Knowledge of VxWorks or other RTOS
- Familiarity with Git, DOORS, JIRA, LDRA, and/or Rapita is advantageous
- Good written and spoken English is essential, knowledge of German advantageous
