Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

Our dedicated Restructuring, Integration and Separation Advisory Team (RISA) offers our clients advice on Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures, operational diligence, value capture and restructuring. In our team, we have experts providing overall (IT-related) integration or separation programme advisory, but also providing in depth expertise on technology implications related to a deal or value creation project.

How you can make an impact

  • Gain experience across the M&A deal cycle: pre-signing by conducting integration/separation and EBITDA upside due diligence, determining stand-alone cost adjustments and initial TSA scope;
  • Design post-signing the adequate target operating model and integration strategy to (over-) achieve a deal’s value potential;
  • Get the business ready for Day 1 and establish and deliver mid to long term integration and value creation roadmaps;
  • Contribute to developing tangible advice through functional perspectives in sales & marketing, supply chain, procurement, finance, legal entity structure, human resources, IT, R&D;
  • Receive valuable training, coaching and mentoring from colleagues in your teams;

Who we are looking for

  • Strong interest in the Financial Services and previous experience is a plus
  • Evidence of working collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Curious, highly motivated to learn and get challenged;
  • Problem-solving skills and able to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from university;
  • First relevant work experience in a consulting firm, corporate or private equity organisation;
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written). German and/or French skills are strongly desired;
