Fair pay
In the full-time position of Step In Business Process Modeling (employment level of 100%), you will receive a gross salary of: CHF 34 - 64K per year, depending on what stage you have reached in your studies and/or your final qualification (specialisation).
Job location
In this 60 to 100% job you have the possibility to work partly from home.
You travel up to 30% of your working time within Switzerland.

Team
As part of an interdisciplinary DevOps team, you closely collaborate with your colleagues in an agile setup. You interact with other teams to make sure stories are successfully integrated and delivered. By openly sharing new ideas, you help your team members. During the integration lifecycles, you provide support and document, test, and operate your integrations.
The project
Together with your team, you model, implement and operate business processes. These steer the automated support and communication using components of the Communication Hub and Smart Support.
Communication Hub is a communication software collecting and reformulating information for our customers, agents, and other collaborators. It is an in-house development, which will become increasingly important in the future, as communication is crucial in the digital age.
Smart Support is a tool that guides our customers and agents through support processes. Based on machine learning, it improves processes autonomously.
You receive individual training sessions that onboard you for your challenging internship.
Your professional profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s/master’s degree programme in computer science, mathematics, information systems or a related field

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD), clean code principles, pair programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Experience in software development projects using Java
