In order to develop an comprehensive Warehouse strategy, a thorough mapping of the existing footprint and projection of future requirements is required. The analyst will support the mapping of existing operations including physical dimensions, capabilities and performance. The analyst will also support the projection of future requirements

Where appropriate, development and analysis of internal and external KPIs will be required to support objective decisions

Key responsibilities:

• Support global warehouse mapping exercise to capture detailed landscape of existing capabilities and capacities
• Explore mechanisms to translate Business Plans and forecasts into warehousing requirement on a 3-5 year horizon
• Capture existing warehouse investment projects, planned projects and short term challenges and develop into two year group roadmap
• Implement tracking processes to understand current and future occupancy levels are within desired levels. Also, ensure future requirement forecast accuracy is assessed to identify level of flexibility required during investment
• Assess current internal and external warehouse KPIs and operational measures to develop comparison dashboard
• Support tracking of KPIs to ensure objective assessment of internal and external solutions is achieved

Key requirements:

• Degree or area of study in Supply Chain or Business Studies
• Strong analytical skills and high level of numeracy
• Competent systems skills and ability to compile and assess data
