Your role
Are you fascinated by the financial markets and see potential investment opportunities in any market situation? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- develop & launch structured products on equities & commodities for the Swiss market
- improve and grow sales across our investment themes platform in close collaboration with trading in London
- design and execute clever digital marketing campaigns to promote our product offering in collaboration with our marketing experts
- interact with our clients, provide expert feedback and deliver service excellence
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
Our team takes care of the public distribution of structured products in Switzerland. We are part of UBS Investment Bank’s Global Markets Structured and Solutions Distribution division and sit on the trading floor in Opfikon. We cover a broad field of responsibilities, all oriented towards the goal of continuously improving our structured & leveraged products offering in the Swiss market for self-guided investors.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- keen interest in financial markets, derivatives & structured products
- excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in sales & marketing driven environment
- excellent German and English (written and oral), French is a plus
- a flair and interest in IT platforms & programs
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
