Lead Low-Code Engineer

What you do

• Design, implement, maintain and consolidate business critical low-code applications (Mendix)
• Multisource integration with core systems such as SAP ERP and Teamcenter PLM as well as Azure IoT solutions
• Further development and innovation of the low-code platform as part of the Pilatus application strategy
• Collaboration in the development of a cloud-based service landscape
• Active implementation of requirements and estimation of stories together with the product owner
• Improving the Digital Workplace Operations and Digital Shopfloor User Experience for Pilatus sites

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in business informatics/software engineering or comparable background
• Several years of development experience in Low-Code, React, Mendix or any other low-code application platform (e.g. Outsystems in industrial and IoT projects)
• Agile mindset and willingness to increase development speed by using low-code technologies for mission critical applications
• Strong technical and analytical engineering skills as well as conceptual skills paired with good people skills
• Another advantage is a certification as Mendix Advanced Developer as well as profound Java and Javascript knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
