Your role
Are you interested in working at a dynamic trading desk? Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging work environment?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- support fund execution for internal and external clients as such as third party banks (B4B), financial intermediaries (FIM), family offices, institutional and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) and international UBS Wealth Management locations
- handling of client requests regarding primary funds (UBS funds, third party mutual funds and hedge funds), e.g. product information, dealing conditions, restrictions, transaction details, outstanding contract notes, pricing and fees, process flow, instrument opening, etc.
- liaising with external and internal interfaces in connection with funds execution (e.g. 3rd party banks, client advisors, internal teams, operations, funds departments and fund administrators)
- help to retain and further develop the existing client base
- support B4B funds sales
- write or update presentation/marketing material
Funds Sales Trading is the first point of contact for Direct Access Clients (FIM’s, UHNW, Institutionals and special WM&SB Clients), 3rd Party Banks and international UBS Wealth Management locations.
We support our Clients with premium funds service in regards to order placement and fund dealing information in more than 95’000 Vanilla and Hedge Funds worldwide.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Funds Sales Trading team in Zurich-Opfikon / Zurich-Altstetten. Funds Sales Trading is the first point of contact for 3rd Party Banks, Direct Access Clients, international UBS Wealth Management locations.
We support our Clients with premium funds service in regards to order placement and fund dealing information in more than 95’000 Vanilla and Hedge Funds worldwide
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
