Associate Specialist QA LMM (M/F/D)

Permanent Contract : 60%

The specialist performs the activities required to ensure product quality and compliance activities. He / She supports NCPQ team in daily activities to make sure that all activities are closed on time. He / She makes sure that the documentation generated by NCPQ team is archived and stored according to the applicable requirements.

YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:

  • Ensuring the quality of purchased raw materials and production materials (material qualification and release)
  • Verification and preparation for disposition of master batch records and executed batch records
  • Review and approval of purchased material batches
  • Support the material creation activities in SAP and sIDM
  • Transfer of local Material Specification Sheets to TruVault
  • Review and approval of supportive documents to executed batch records
  • Support the review/approval of work orders
  • Issuing of logbooks to production
  • Review and approval of Operator Training Qualification forms
  • Performs archiving activities for NCPQ
  • Supports the setup and operation of the Reliability Room Level 1 for NCPQ team
  • Collection of KPIs to measure Quality and Operations’ performance

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • University degree in pharmacy, natural science, medicine, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Quality department in pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies or chemistry industry

  • Good communication skills in both German and English language
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and changing environment
  • Flexibility, accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to prioritize and to continuously review priorities
