The specialist performs the activities required to ensure product quality and compliance activities. He / She supports NCPQ team in daily activities to make sure that all activities are closed on time. He / She makes sure that the documentation generated by NCPQ team is archived and stored according to the applicable requirements.
YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:
- Ensuring the quality of purchased raw materials and production materials (material qualification and release)
- Verification and preparation for disposition of master batch records and executed batch records
- Review and approval of purchased material batches
- Support the material creation activities in SAP and sIDM
- Transfer of local Material Specification Sheets to TruVault
- Review and approval of supportive documents to executed batch records
- Support the review/approval of work orders
- Issuing of logbooks to production
- Review and approval of Operator Training Qualification forms
- Performs archiving activities for NCPQ
- Supports the setup and operation of the Reliability Room Level 1 for NCPQ team
- Collection of KPIs to measure Quality and Operations’ performance
Qualifications
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
- University degree in pharmacy, natural science, medicine, or equivalent

At least 1 year of working experience in Quality department in pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies or chemistry industry
- Good communication skills in both German and English language
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and changing environment
- Flexibility, accuracy and reliability
- Ability to prioritize and to continuously review priorities
