What you do
- Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
- Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
- Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
- Development of long term customer support strategies
What you bring
- A minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
- Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
- Fluent English language skills are required - proficiency in German would be an advantage
- A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Willingness for international business travel on a regular basis
