Your role

Do you like interacting with clients on the phone? Would you like to work in a young and dynamic team? Are you interested in modern technologies? We are looking for a new colleague for the telephone support of the Wealth Management client advisors.
You will:
• act as an interface between Client Advisors and clients and form an important factor for a successful client experience
• have contact with domestic and international Wealth Management clients
• generate added value for UBS in no time with your ability to convince clients on the phone
• support Client Advisors by planning client appointments and by keeping them in the loop accordingly

You will be working in a fast-growing environment within the Front Support Office Service Line Outbound Team, either in Zurich, Manno or Renens. The dynamic team consists mainly of students who are looking for a professional change in addition to their studies. Your expertise

• knowledge and expertise when it comes to effectively serving premium clients
• excellent language and communication skills in either German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian (a minimum of two to three languages are required)
• a very quick understanding, systematic and enthusiastic way of working and a natural sales talent
• a technical affinity to cope with different IT programs and communication channels
