Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • join our GFO Northern Europe International desk
  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • perform client account management tasks such as account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support client advisors in administrative, risk, legal and compliance related tasks and duties

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You will be working in the Northern Europe market in Zurich and be part of a dynamic client coverage team. We are a joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). We serve some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, Global Wealth Management services and access to Investment Bank capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive and highly personalized financial services to satisfy our clients’ sophisticated needs. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients (excellent skills in English)
  • a flexible, open-minded, confident, and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • a proactive, detailed oriented and problem-solving mindset while dealing with sensitive information
  • the ability to use tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible (Microsoft Office and UBS platforms)
  • or are obtaining a bachelors or masters degree preferably in economics, finance or business administration
  • interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional client groups
