Our Human Capital team is offering a wide range of solutions in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Organisation Transformation and Human Capital as a Service.

We help organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights, we support clients to design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, organizational and change programs in business transformations.

As part of our HR Transformation Consulting team, you will collaborate with clients from day one to drive productivity, value, and impact by unlocking human potential and creating an organization that is resilient to risk, fit for the future and grounded in meaning for workers.

As exponential technologies, new business models and regulation reshape the way people work, learn, collaborate, and lead, you will work with clients to ensure that their people strategy enables the business strategy. You contribute by applying expert knowledge and experience, and by executing deliverables independently and with quality.

At Deloitte, we work with our clients, therefore you will spend most of your time with a multidisciplinary Deloitte team at the client and will be an essential first point of contact.

In this role you will:

• Align HR functional and / or HR Technological and/or operating model drivers with business drivers to tailor an action plan through proven methodologies and ways which can best solve client challenges

• Apply relevant HR technology and functional knowledge to build analytical outputs, as well as recommend HR technology solutions and/or processes, policies, operating model

• Get involved in the rollout of HR solutions and enable HR functions to create value

• Advise our clients on all aspects of the digitalisation of their HR function through the design, planning, and deployment of current and future digital technologies

• Work with Swiss and international clients in all stages of the transformation lifecycle

• Contribute to business development of clients and accounts

• Get the opportunity to specialise and obtain certifications in leading tools on the HR technology market

Who we are looking for:

You have the courage to try out new things and to keep learning, even if there are setbacks

along the way. For this role you also have:

• A relevant University degree (HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results

• An appetite for HR projects and HR technologies (Workday, Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors)

• A feel for cultural diversity and organisational structures

• The ability to work in international teams

• Previous experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time

• Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills

• An excellent command of written and spoken English, German or French is a plus

• An excellent relationship builder with clients and fellow consultants, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships

• An independent worker, taking initiative and happy taking on responsibility

• Flexibility to travel within Switzerland

Considered a plus:

• Relevant working experience, preferably for a consultancy firm

• Experience with HR technologies
