Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

Launch your career as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Transformation team, where you will advise demanding clients on complex strategic and operational issues. Our team offers a wide range of F2B process optimisation or Target Operating Model (TOM) review, design and transformation services within the areas of financial crime prevention and compliance management that help financial services institutions to successfully manage local and global challenges.

In this role, you will support national and international clients on simplifying, digitalising, optimizing, and improving their processes and organizations. You can make their operating models more effective or efficient or review and enhance risk frameworks to create superior customer experiences as well as improve financial performance. Be part of a team in which not only numbers are processed, but success is celebrated.

How you can make an impact

  • From day one, you are responsible for client-facing work packages in cross-divisional projects related to Financial Crime Prevention as well as other Financial Services Transformation projects. You present your results to both team and client. Curious but respectful, you take the initiative to understand what a client needs
  • Together with the team, advise our clients on Financial Crime related issues and topics, from designing Financial Crime frameworks, operating models and processes to defining analytical approaches based on big data to fight financial crime
  • Develop a clear, long-term career path with internal and external professional training offers as well as the time and financial assistance necessary for progressing in your career in the Financial Crime Prevention space
  • Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with plenty of learning on the job opportunities with exciting projects in the Financial Crime space with large financial institutions

Who we are looking for

  • You feel motivated to apply your university degree knowledge in a business, finance or math-related science field to support our Financial Services Transformation team
  • You share our enthusiasm for understanding how financial institutions approach Financial Crime Prevention of money laundering, violation of sanctions, corruption, and fraud and how new processes and analytical approaches can help organizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their solutions
  • You have in-depth experience working in consulting, financial services, finTech, asset or wealth management with experience in Financial Crime Prevention
  • As someone committed to shared goals, you feel comfortable sharing new perspectives to help projects move forward
  • You are business fluent in English and German, any further languages would be an advantage
