MISSION

Being part of IWC Swiss Market Team, you will contribute to increase the sales of IWC timepieces in all distribution channels through an exceptional Customer Experience and a Brand Image fully aligned with The Maison standards and guidelines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  1. Wholesale support
  • Support partners in annual planning, product allocation and stock management based on the agreed assortment (model stock)
  • Monitor the Brand Experience in all market touchpoints
  • Analyze market and customer developments as well as development of cooperative action plans (CRM)
  1. Sales support
  • Ensure IWC image complies with the Maison guidelines in each point of sale
  • Evaluate and implement commercial activities
  • Plan and run training programs for Sales Teams
  • Prepare and conduct annual meetings with commercial partners
  1. Wholesale CRM
  • Analyze customer data and market developments
  • Work closely with commercial partners and the internal marketing team
  • Analyze results to implement and deploy targeted campaigns
  1. Retail support (Geneva Boutique)
  • Forecasting and supporting annual and quarterly planning (product launches and budgeting)
  • Ensure the qualitative brand visibility and experience (visual merchandising / mystery shopping)
  • Support Boutique events
  1. Analysis and reporting
  • Perform ongoing sales analysis by references and product categories
  • Evaluate each sales channel’s performance
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales activities on the Swiss market
  • Develop proposals to strengthen the distribution network
  1. Ad hoc projects
  • Implement and maintain the sales planning software (Booster)
  • Support in the planning and opening of new boutique projects
  • Evaluate the potential of new shop-in-shops and coordinate their implementation

PROFILE

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation with a healthy dose of ambition
  • Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding
  • Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and willing to travel within Switzerland
  • Fluent in French, English and German (Italian a plus)
