What you do

  • Liaison between Pilatus and aircraft Owners, Operators and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
  • Verify and ensure that Service Centers comply with the terms of the Pilatus Class Support Agreement and matching Policies & Procedures
  • Documenting and communicating best practices to improve overall Pilatus Class support
  • Responsible for co-ordination and control of support activities and minor support projects
  • Assisting Sales-Team by participating at conferences as well as Tradeshows

What you bring

  • Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
  • Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German would be an advantage
  • Team player with professional manner and excellent communication and presentational skills
