What you do
- Liaison between Pilatus and aircraft Owners, Operators and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
- Verify and ensure that Service Centers comply with the terms of the Pilatus Class Support Agreement and matching Policies & Procedures
- Documenting and communicating best practices to improve overall Pilatus Class support
- Responsible for co-ordination and control of support activities and minor support projects
- Assisting Sales-Team by participating at conferences as well as Tradeshows
What you bring
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
- Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German would be an advantage
- Team player with professional manner and excellent communication and presentational skills
