Your role
Are you interested in setting the right priorities and making the right technology investments? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- help shape the Wealth Management change portfolio and ensure continued alignment with our strategy
- create transparency and gain insights on the health of our change delivery
- further optimize our investment governance processes in alignment with our agile delivery organization

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Switzerland & International Platform and Investment Governance team in Zurich. We are responsible for aligning our project portfolio with our divisional strategy and objectives. We are running the quarterly business reviews and we coordinate closely with related business partners and our IT colleagues to ensure we continue to maintain the health of our IT systems.

Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a commercial, engineering or science focus
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- sharp analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- good communication skills (English; German a plus), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
