Graduate GTP/Full-Time Analyst

Your role

Do you like to err on the side of safety? You’ll help us protect our reputation, financial health and long-term interests by helping us. We are looking for someone to:

  • work on projects and understand technology
  • assist senior members of our team,
  • support different work areas for day-to-day activities
  • coordinate updates to guidelines and manuals across the teams
  • check that status & timelines are in line with policies and procedures
  • assist with local monitoring and surveillance where possible

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You will be working in IT, helping to source, develop, implement, maintain and support world-class technology solutions. You’ll develop communication and analytical skills while working in an energetic and highly motivated team.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in quantitative finance, computer science or mathematics or have interest in technology subject.

We would like to see evidence that you:

  • have an interest in financial markets and technology
  • have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • can analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • can plan and organize well
  • have good communication skills
  • can make things happen
  • can stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
