Are you a student or recent graduate looking for a Finance Internship or Full-Time job in Europe with meaningful projects and responsibilities from Day 1? Then this is your unique opportunity to obtain insights into the world of finance through a fast-moving consumer goods company!
We are inviting you to attend our European Recruiting Event - Finance Leaders of Tomorrow , held in person in Geneva at Procter & Gamble Europe Headquarters. This will be an exclusive event, where you will get the chance to visit our office, get exposed to a variety of speakers, from Senior Finance Leaders to recent hires, who will share their experience and will help you understand the rich and diverse finance careers P&G can offer. The event will take place over 2 days in which you will experience the P&G culture and values, understand what a career in Finance looks like and the development opportunities ahead of you!
In addition, we are aiming for all the participants to complete the full recruitment process by the end of the 2nd day (having the 2nd and 3rd interview in person on the site) knowing you successfully passed the full recruitment process by the end of the event.

Qualifications
WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE:
FINANCE PAID INTERNSHIP - FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS
As an intern, you will experience the real corporate environment and you will have individual responsibility for impactful business projects. You will be the project leader and play a pivotal role by closely working and influencing our business partners and senior leaders in the development of P&G’s strategy. Projects you may lead:
- Analyzing competitors’ activities and initiatives to refine business strategies
- Exploring alternative manufacturing opportunities
- Assessing the financial impact of a product launch
- Analyzing and optimizing expenses or cash (marketing/advertising expenses, promotional budget, cost of goods)
WHAT WE OFFER:

QUALIFICATIONS
- University undergrads / graduate with strong academic records who are currently pursuing a Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English verbal and writing skills
- Proven leadership skills, tackle problems and set priorities
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Passionate about seeking a career at P&G after graduation
- Available for at least 3 months (any application for less than 3 months will be automatically rejected).
FULL-TIME FINANCE MANAGER
At P&G, finance people are part of every multi-functional team and are key actors in business development and decision-making. As of Day 1, you will have full responsibility for key strategic initiatives. Whether it is external negotiations with customers, crafting new marketing/sales plans together with your colleagues or improving efficiency of logistics, you will feel your impact.
Typical starting positions in our finance department are:
- Financial Analyst for a brand / product category in a local or a regional organization
- Financial Analyst in Customer Business Development
- Plant Financial Manager - optimizing costs in our manufacturing facilities
- Supply Chain Finance
- Financial Accountant
- Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
- Corporate Shared Services Finance

QUALIFICATIONS
- You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s, or master’s degree with strong academic results.
- You demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Finance.
- You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.
- You can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken).
- Brief work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus, together with certifications as GMAT, CIMA, CFA.
