Your role

- be involved in the day-to-day management of the program’s portfolio
- contribute to internal communication initiatives, and prepare presentations
- collaborate and liaise with stakeholders and business partners

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You will be working in the CDIO Transformation team in Zürich, Switzerland. We are a team of visionaries who orchestrate key strategic tech programs across the entire bank. We partner with stakeholders in different areas of the firm to ensure objectives and key results are met in time and quality. Together, we define strategies to make UBS fit for the future and, create a culture defined by creativity, curiosity, empowerment, responsibility and engagement where everyone is inspired to drive extraordinary innovation at speed.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- a flexible, open-minded, analytical and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a good command of Microsoft Office
- fluency in English (written and oral)
