The Design Delivery Specialist partners internally with Brand Team and externally with agencies on new package design development to enable design intent realization, ensure technical fit-for-use and print feasibility, leads design intent implementation, and ensures quality execution and visual consistency at shelf. This role requires a fundamental understanding of design, brand identity and design standards/ guidelines, combined with a deep understanding of standard industry pre-press & printing knowledge, materials & substrates, and artwork file construction/ requirements.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

-Design production & Print experience - Ideally two years of experience in a design firm, printer or production studio or any other graphic design sector.

-In depth understanding of the E2E packaging process

-Experience working with printers

-Experience with design files production

-Experience with artwork file production, fit for use requirements, print processes, substrates/finishes, color management & proofing

-Strong project & time management skills

-Proficient in Microsoft office & Adobe Illustrator

-FMCG brand experience is a plus

-Strong understanding on WebCenter P&G Process is a plus

Soft skills

  • Strong, validated leadership, communication, collaboration skills required.

-Strong business communication - Verbal and written English.

-Can do attitude and willingness to optimize tools and processes

-Attention to detail

-Dynamic and motivated design specialist, eager to start a long career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
